Andrea Rubin is ACEGASPASAMGA SpArepresents ACEGASAPSAMGA S.p.A. in the General Assembly of the MORE4WATER project and is involved in WP2, and WP5.  

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Padua and earned an International PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Perugia. After an experience with the Benetton Group, he joined AcegasApsAmga – Hera Group, where he initially served as Head of Engineering for the Integrated Water Cycle and currently holds the position of Head of Water and Sewer Networks. 
He collaborates with several law firms and is an expert in hydraulic modeling and the smart management of assets within the Integrated Water Service. 
He has published numerous articles in international journals on the behavior of pressure transients in water supply and sewer networks and is a member of the Centro Studi Sistemi Idrici.
