Objective
Work Package 8 ensures the efficient coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all MORE4WATER activities. It focuses on achieving scientific, technical, administrative, and strategic goals within time and budget constraints. WP8 implements a robust governance and coordination framework that includes:
– A Steering Committee (SC) chaired by the Project Coordinator (PC), composed of one representative per partner. It oversees project direction, success monitoring, and milestone validation.
– A Scientific and Technical Committee (STC) including WP leaders and the Communication Manager. It handles technical planning, work package integration, and contingency measures.
– A Project Coordinator (PC) who manages both scientific and administrative aspects, ensuring compliance, quality, financial oversight, and stakeholder relations.
– Ethical supervision and gender equality measures integrated across activities.
